Making Maple Syrup

We tapped our maple trees again this year, and our efforts yielded us a higher sugar content in our syrup! It turned out fantastic! Today we all enjoyed waffles & Mount View syrup for breakfast! We made enough to share with our sister facility, Cobb's Hill Manor!
